Celebrating upcoming World Ocean Day
Celebrating World Ocean Day on the 8th June reminds us of the ocean’s vital role in life on Earth. This worldwide event encourages individuals and communities to act for ocean protection. At Scuba Dive Online, we are proud to be part of this global movement. Across our partner centres, we are celebrating World Ocean Day through marine clean-ups, coral conservation, and educational dives.
We believe that every diver can make a difference. From beach clean-ups to eco-education, conservation is central to our daily work. By celebrating World Ocean Day, we connect dive training with purpose and passion.
Global Conservation in Action
Our partner centres are marking this important date with events focused on marine protection. DJL Diving will host a PADI AWARE Dive Against Debris presentation and dive. Assava Diving will offer both debris dives and the PADI Coral Reef Conservation Specialty. Around the world, our PADI 5 Star IDC and CDC partner centres are organising impactful events. These include reef clean-ups, coral restoration, and training designed to inspire environmental awareness.
Celebrating World Ocean Day is not limited to one day. It is a long-term commitment to the ocean’s future. Whether you are a student, instructor, or recreational diver, your involvement matters.

The group achieved a perfect 100% pass rate. Well done to all!
