TIM HUNT

PADI COURSE DIRECTOR

Originally from Canada, Tim has spent 15 years as a PADI Course Director, training divers in Thailand, Grand Cayman, and North America. As a former PADI Territory Director, he built strong industry connections, bringing unmatched expertise to Scuba Dive Online.

Currently part of the Pro Team at Assava Dive Resort, Tim’s approach is all about clear communication, active listening, and tailored guidance. He takes the time to understand each student, helping them build confidence, refine their skills, and reach their full potential as a PADI professional.

NATALIE HUNT

PADI COURSE DIRECTOR

Originally from Australia, Natalie is one of the most experienced PADI Course Directors worldwide. With 23 years of teaching, she blends deep knowledge with an engaging style that keeps students excited to learn more.

Currently managing Assava Dive Resort, she leads Instructor Development Courses (IDC) in Koh Tao. She also enjoys working with adaptive divers, teaching children, and taking on technical diving challenges.
A global citizen, Natalie has taught across six countries, bringing energy, motivation, and versatility to every course. She remains one of the most inspired and active dive instructors on the planet!

MONIQUE RICHARDS

PADI COURSE DIRECTOR

Originally from the UK, Monique has spent the last 20 years building an extensive career as a PADI Instructor, diving and working in exotic locations such as Egypt, Australia, India, Greece, Malaysia, Fiji and Mexico. She is now based on Koh Phangan, Thailand.
She has extensive experience in diver training, retail, sales, and management. As a co-founder of Scuba Dive Online, she provides expert guidance in our IDC online sessions.

Monique is passionate about marine conservation and, alongside Tim and Natalie, is part of a team dedicated to transplanting and monitoring corals as part of an ongoing reef restoration project.

NEIL RICHARDS

PADI COURSE DIRECTOR

Originally from the UK, Neil became a PADI Instructor in 2003 and has since built a career in some of the world’s top dive destinations, including Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Australia, Fiji, Mexico, and Egypt.
Based on Koh Tao, Thailand, he regularly travels to our hand-picked PADI 5 Star IDC centers worldwide to conduct the in-water section of the IDCs. His experience also includes 7 years as PADI Regional Manager for Thailand and serving as a PADI Examiner. With his background, who better to guide you through your IDC?

Beyond diving, Neil is passionate about sports and fitness. He organises beach volleyball, hikes, wakeboarding, and even aerial trapeze!
