Are you fascinated by turtles? Then take your PADI IDC in Bohol, Philippines. Balicasag in Bohol is one of the greatest dive destinations in the Philippines, where you are guaranteed to encounter these incredible creatures in abundance. And that’s not all, there are enormous schools of jacks and barracuda in the blue, and on a good day, dolphins and even whales. The magnificent coral walls are covered in beautifully coloured soft corals and sponges. You will see frog fish, pipe fish, seahorses, and mantis shrimp hiding. On days off, venture into the jungle to experience the tiny Tarsier, the world’s 2nd smallest, and 1st cutest primate. Scuba Dive Online are delighted to be partnered with PADI 5 Star IDC resort Blue Revival, giving you the chance to take your PADI IDC in Bohol, Philippines. Blue Revival have great facilities, with a custom-made, on-site training pool, classrooms and accommodation. Additiontionally, they are committed to environmental best practices, teaching the PADI AWARE Sea Turtle Conservation distinctive specialty among others and actively support the local animal welfare group. Plus, if you are interested in trying Tec diving, they have the equipment and highly qualified PADI Tec instructors.
Scuba Dive Online IDC candidates attend the “IDC LIVE” online section before their trip to Bohol. This covers all IDC classroom curriculum workshops leaving only the in-water sections to complete at Blue Revival. The IDC LIVE online workshops take place over 7 consecutive days, (plus an optional 8th day for EFR Instructor academics) 3 hours per day and can accommodate different time zones. Once the online section is complete, candidates will join the in-water section of their IDC over 8 days in Bohol with one of the Scuba Dive Online team of PADI Course Directors, followed by a 2 day IE. Blue Revival are offering seven IDCs in 2024. The IDC LIVE online can be completed beforehand on the 1st or the 15th of any month.
