What is a PADI IDC Candidate?
Before delving into how we assist PADI IDC candidates find employment in the dive industry, let’s clarify what exactly a PADI IDC candidate is. A PADI IDC candidate is undergoing training to become a certified PADI diving instructor. This training programme involves independent home study through eLearning, followed by the “IDC LIVE” online classroom curriculum classes spanning seven days, three hours per day. Finally, the last step entails completing the in-water section of the IDC at one of our hand-picked PADI 5 Star IDC partner centres in a paradise destination, accompanied by one of our Scuba Dive Online team members

Once an IDC candidate completes their course, successfully passes the Instructor Exams (IE), and earns their PADI Instructor certification, they are ready to embark on their career in the dive industry.
